Políticas de compra en Vittócora
1. Elaboración Artesanal y Tiempos de Envío
En Vittócora creemos en el valor de las cosas hechas con dedicación. Cada producto de papelería se elabora, ensambla o prepara a mano. Por este motivo, el tiempo de procesamiento de tu pedido puede demorar hasta un máximo de 5 días hábiles antes de ser despachado, dependiendo del tipo de producto, el stock disponible y si requiere algún detalle personalizado.
Una vez que tu paquete esté listo y en manos del servicio de mensajería, recibirás un correo de confirmación para que sepas que ya está en camino desde nuestro taller en Berlín.
2. Derecho de Devolución
Queremos que ames tu papelería tanto como nosotros amamos crearla. Si por alguna razón cambias de opinión, tienes derecho a devolver tu compra en un plazo de 15 días naturales desde el momento en que recibes el paquete en tu domicilio.
Para que la devolución sea aceptada, el artículo debe estar sin usar, en las mismas condiciones en que lo recibiste y en su embalaje original.
3. Excepciones (Productos no retornables)
Por la naturaleza de nuestro trabajo, los siguientes artículos no admiten cambios ni devoluciones:
- Productos personalizados o a medida: Cualquier diseño gráfico, agenda, libreta, encargo para eventos o producto de merchandising que haya sido modificado con nombres, fechas, logotipos o especificaciones exclusivas para ti.
- Productos digitales: Archivos descargables o planificadores digitales, una vez que el enlace ha sido enviado o el archivo ha sido descargado.
4. Costos de Envío por Devolución
Si decides devolver un artículo en perfecto estado porque has cambiado de opinión, serás responsable de asumir los costos del envío de vuelta a nuestro taller. Los gastos de envío originales abonados en el momento de la compra no son reembolsables.
Te recomendamos utilizar un servicio de envío con seguimiento, ya que no podemos garantizar la recepción de paquetes devueltos sin número de rastreo.
5. Productos Defectuosos o Dañados
Revisamos cada detalle antes de empaquetar, pero si recibes un producto con un defecto de fabricación o que ha sufrido daños durante el transporte, ¡no te preocupes! Por favor, contáctanos lo antes posible escribiendo a info.vittocora@gmail.com e incluye fotos claras del estado del paquete y del artículo.
En estos casos, Vittócora se hará cargo de todos los gastos de envío de la devolución y te ofreceremos, a tu elección, el envío de un reemplazo sin costo adicional o el reembolso completo de tu dinero.
6. ¿Cómo iniciar una devolución?
Para comenzar el proceso, escríbenos a info.vittocora@gmail.com indicando tu número de pedido y el motivo de la devolución. A la brevedad te responderemos con las instrucciones exactas y la dirección postal para hacernos llegar el paquete de regreso.

Shopping policies at Vittócora
1. Handmade Production & Shipping Times
At Vittócora, we believe in the value of things made with dedication. Every stationery product is handmade, assembled, or carefully prepared. For this reason, the processing time for your order can take up to 5 business days before dispatch, depending on the type of product, available stock, and whether it requires personalized details.
Once your package is ready and handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email so you know it is on its way from our studio in Berlin.
2. Right of Return
We want you to love your stationery as much as we love creating it. If you change your mind for any reason, you have the right to return your purchase within 15 calendar days from the day you receive the package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
3. Exceptions (Non-returnable items)
Due to the nature of our work, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized products: Any graphic design, planner, notebook, event order, or merchandise product that has been modified with exclusive names, dates, logos, or specifications for you.
- Digital products: Downloadable files or digital planners, once the link has been sent or the file has been downloaded.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If you decide to return an item in perfect condition because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without a tracking number.
5. Defective or Damaged Products
We check every detail before packaging, but if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or that has been damaged during transit, don't worry! Please contact us as soon as possible at info.vittocora@gmail.com and include clear photos of the package and the item's condition.
In these cases, Vittócora will cover all return shipping costs, and we will offer you, at your choice, a free replacement or a full refund.
6. How to start a return?
To start the process, email us at info.vittocora@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply shortly with the exact instructions and the postal address to send the package back to us.

Einkaufsrichtlinien bei Vittócora
1. Handgefertigte Produktion & Lieferzeiten
Wir bei Vittócora glauben an den Wert von Dingen, die mit Hingabe hergestellt werden. Jedes Schreibwarenprodukt wird handgefertigt, zusammengestellt oder sorgfältig vorbereitet. Aus diesem Grund kann die Bearbeitungszeit für Ihre Bestellung bis zu 5 Werktage in Anspruch nehmen, bevor sie versendet wird – abhängig von der Art des Produkts, dem Lagerbestand und eventuellen Personalisierungen.
Sobald Ihr Paket fertig und an den Kurierdienst übergeben ist, erhalten Sie eine Bestätigungs-E-Mail, damit Sie wissen, dass es von unserem Atelier in Berlin auf dem Weg zu Ihnen ist.
2. Widerrufsrecht
Wir möchten, dass Sie Ihre Schreibwaren genauso lieben, wie wir es lieben, sie zu kreieren. Wenn Sie aus irgendeinem Grund Ihre Meinung ändern, haben Sie das Recht, Ihren Kauf innerhalb von 15 Kalendertagen ab dem Tag, an dem Sie das Paket erhalten, zurückzugeben.
Um für eine Rücksendung in Frage zu kommen, muss Ihr Artikel unbenutzt, in demselben Zustand, in dem Sie ihn erhalten haben, und in der Originalverpackung sein.
3. Ausnahmen (Vom Widerrufsrecht ausgeschlossen)
Aufgrund der Art unserer Arbeit können die folgenden Artikel nicht umgetauscht oder zurückgegeben werden:
- Personalisierte oder maßgefertigte Produkte: Jedes Grafikdesign, jeder Planer, jedes Notizbuch oder Merchandise-Produkt, das speziell für Sie mit Namen, Daten, Logos oder anderen Anpassungen versehen wurde.
- Digitale Produkte: Herunterladbare Dateien oder digitale Planer, sobald der Link gesendet oder die Datei heruntergeladen wurde.
4. Rücksendekosten
Wenn Sie sich entscheiden, einen Artikel in einwandfreiem Zustand zurückzugeben, weil Sie Ihre Meinung geändert haben, tragen Sie die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung. Die beim Kauf bezahlten ursprünglichen Versandkosten werden nicht erstattet.
Wir empfehlen, einen verfolgbaren Versanddienst zu nutzen, da wir nicht garantieren können, dass wir Ihren zurückgesendeten Artikel ohne Sendungsverfolgungsnummer erhalten.
5. Defekte oder beschädigte Produkte
Wir prüfen jedes Detail vor dem Verpacken. Wenn Sie jedoch ein Produkt mit einem Herstellungsfehler erhalten oder eines, das während des Transports beschädigt wurde, machen Sie sich keine Sorgen! Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns so schnell wie möglich unter info.vittocora@gmail.com und fügen Sie deutliche Fotos vom Zustand des Pakets und des Artikels bei.
In diesen Fällen übernimmt Vittócora alle Rücksendekosten, und wir bieten Ihnen nach Ihrer Wahl einen kostenlosen Ersatz oder eine vollständige Rückerstattung an.
6. Wie veranlasse ich eine Rückgabe?
Um den Prozess zu starten, schreiben Sie uns eine E-Mail an info.vittocora@gmail.com unter Angabe Ihrer Bestellnummer und des Grundes für die Rückgabe. Wir werden Ihnen in Kürze mit den genauen Anweisungen und der Postanschrift für die Rücksendung des Pakets antworten.
